If you encounter issues within your account, the helpdesk will request permission to gain access. The helpdesk needs this access to view your administration and assist in resolving the problem.
You can grant permission for access to your administration by going to Settings > Security Center.
In the block 'Grant Informer access to your administration,' you can provide the helpdesk with access to your administration.
The block also displays the history of granted access.
Once access is granted, it remains active for one month unless you manually revoke it.
Without access, Informer cannot access your account in any way, ensuring that your administrations are always secure.
