By integrating with iDEAL, you offer your customers the option to easily pay their InformerOnline invoices via online banking. The payment details are automatically filled in, so once the customer logs in, they only need to authorize the payment.
iDEAL payments in InformerOnline are processed through Mollie, Sisow, or MultiSafepay. With Mollie, there is no subscription fee; you only pay per transaction. Regardless of the payment amount, a transaction fee of €0.29 (excluding VAT) is charged per transaction. To use iDEAL in this way, you must first create a Mollie account.
Activating Mollie
To activate Mollie, follow the steps below:
Navigate to Settings in the left-hand menu;
Choose for App store;
Look for the Mollie app and choose Activate;
FIll in the Mollie API key you received from Mollie;
Select a journal and general ledger for the Mollie payments. Suggestions are already filled in;
Save the settings to activate the Mollie module.
Mollie is now activated. All future invoices and reminders can now be paid via iDEAL. To do this, the customer clicks on the link in the email or they can, if activated, scan the QR code on the invoice.
