Bank transactions can be uploaded automatically into your administration. If you would like to take advantage of this convenience, you can set up an automatic bank connection. However, it’s possible that you might prefer to handle this yourself. In that case, it’s possible to manually upload the bank transactions into your system.
Uploading bank transactions
Once you have downloaded the bank transactions from your bank, you can upload them via Bank/Cash.
In the following screen, you can upload the bank file by selecting it or by dragging the file into the designated area.
After this, the bank transactions will be uploaded immediately. Once the upload is complete, you will see how many transactions have been imported. To proceed, click the “Close” button.
As you can see, all transactions are clearly displayed. On the left, you will see all debits, and on the right, all credits. You can now link these transactions to the outstanding items in InformerOnline.
The next time you upload a new CAMT.053 bank file, InformerOnline will know exactly where you left off. The software handles overlapping transactions seamlessly, so there won’t be any issues.
If you prefer not to upload bank transactions, that’s not a problem either.
It’s also possible to manually process the payments.
