New members can be added to an account by the legal representative of the account or another account member with permission to manage memberships.
Log in via the Web Banking environment of Informer Money;
Choose Members on the left;
Enter the details of the new member;
Select their permissions;
Click Send invitation to invite a new member to your account;
Click on the item to view or edit the details and account permissions of the new account member;
If you have permission to manage cards, click + New to create a card for the new member or link an existing virtual card to the newly added member.
Important: To avoid access issues, make sure that all entered details are correct and belong to the person who has access to the account. The names, date of birth, email address, and phone number must match.
Note: You cannot grant another account member permissions that you do not have yourself.
