What does Informer Money cost?
Informer users who actively use an Informer Money Solo account pay €0.00 in monthly fixed costs, instead of €10. On the other Informer Money packages, you also receive a €10 discount.
Active use means that the Informer Money account is mentioned on the user’s sales invoices and that at least 3 transactions per month take place on it.
To set up your account, you pay a one-time fee of €20. In addition, our service provider Swan charges variable fees for, among other things, transactions and cash withdrawals. These costs are automatically debited from the account by Swan.

Swan is a French fintech company, founded in 2019, that specializes in embedded banking solutions. Swan operates under an e-money license (electronic money institution license) granted by the French regulator ACPR (Autorité de Contrôle Prudentiel et de Résolution).

Is my money safe when I use Informer Money?
Certainly. Swan stores the money safely with BNP Paribas. BNP Paribas falls under the deposit guarantee scheme. In the event of a possible bankruptcy of Swan, your money is therefore still 100% safe up to €100,000 per account holder.
How do you handle fraud or a suspicion of fraud?
Informer Money and Swan do everything they can to protect you against fraud. It is important that you yourself are prepared for fraud, recognize fraud, and report fraud.
