How can I use AI in the mobile app?

AI was introduced relatively recently, but it is already indispensable in the lives of many people. AI often makes life a lot easier, both when retrieving information and when performing everyday tasks.

Informer has now also introduced AI in the mobile app, because it is seen as an added value.

AI in the mobile app

By default, the AI functionalities in the mobile app are disabled, because you do not want to be forced to use AI if you do not need it.

If you do want to use AI, you can easily activate the functionalities.

To activate the AI features, follow the steps below:

  1. Click the gear icon at the top right;

  2. Enable the AI features toggle.

When the AI features are enabled, you can use AI for the following functionalities:

  • Creating contacts, invoices, and quotations via voice.

  • Automatically scanning purchase invoices and receipts.
